This website has served an integral part in over 700 Dunedinites house buying decisions.
The man behind it has served in many more – trending towards 7500 houses personally inspected, mostly with pre purchase inspections, but the more fun people have been those I have been able to help define, clarify and implement a prosperous property strategy.
